Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I use WebPT for all my medical documentation and patient scheduling! This documentation is very important as it is used to relay information to other health care providers as well as getting sent to insurance companies for reimbursement!
- Very user-friendly! Colleagues of mine using other EMR companies comment on how much easier WebPT is to use.
- Provides up-to-date classes and informative articles to stay in touch with the newest technology and issues related to PT.
- Provides the proper information and data to facilitate insurance reimbursement.
- Too many ICD-10 coding options-more than are needed.
- I really like WebPT and it's hard for me to recommend any improvements!
- Less patient cancellations = positive

No, because I'm very happy with what I have!
I was having problems getting a new patient registered into the system and WebPT support was able to walk me through the process and get the patient properly registered!!
