Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use it as our default online meeting recording tool. A bot joins the call and records and transcripts the entire call. It also provides on-call cue cards when certain keywords are spoken, interactivity scores, integration with our CRM, and much more. It's a great tool for team coaching, and analytics to review the interactions, note-taking not for users!

It's a must-have tool if you have an inside sales team working remotely. Makes their job very easy to go back and look at their calls, and notes. Makes it easy for the managers to review and coach. Overall analytics improve.
