Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
The use of Wrike was company-wide; Wrike served as the unified platform for all teams, from marketing to finance. As a company with over 3,000 employees, all our processes and projects were managed and organized within Wrike. Personally, in my role, Wrike was heavily utilized for organizing designers' agendas and project management. However, within the system, all teams were able to be served and had their workflow facilitated by Wrike. An extremely positive aspect of the tool is that you can access tasks and requests from other teams. In my previous company, this wasn't possible cause each team used a different platform and tool to control and keep up with their demands, so other teams didn't have free access to it. With Wrike, teams can collaborate on each other's projects without having the trouble of changing systems, it's rare to find a platform structure that can be suitable for all departments like Wrike is.
- Easy usability
- Possibility of tagging everybody in tasks
- Very good and visual system of comments
- Easy to set a task/request
- Suitable for all departments
- Organization of folders
- System of notifications
- Search feature
- Tasks filters
- Improvement of the approval process
- Meeting deadlines
- Ease of integration between different departments
- Suitable for multipes areas
Wrike is a great tool across all stages of work. What sets it apart from other platforms is how well it caters to the needs of all types of teams and departments. Being a broader system, it doesn't specialize in any specific area (e.g., finance or design), making it a universal tool for the entire company. This way is easier for different departments to work together or have access to joined projects.
