Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent has been used to streamline our Commission reporting. Prior to using this, we were doing things somewhat manually. This has not only improved the accuracy and time spent from a commissions team standpoint, but also from the sales team. This is used for any sales or incentivized role.

This can help our leadership team see if goals need to be updated based on general trends.
This tool helps me see where I'm at and where I'm trending so that I can stay on track. The reporting is helpful to see what our payments could be or what special incentives we receive, helping us understand what we need to do to keep earning those. Additionally, this is quicker and more streamlined than it was in the past, allowing for quicker adjustments, if needed.
This has helped with time savings and eliminating manual entry risk/miscalculations, etc. We no longer have to go into a manual system or copy and paste things, our sales are automatically input into Xactly for proper calculations of payouts. Additionally, it is quicker and more streamlined than it was in the past, saving our commission and salespeople's time.
This tool helps all of our teams evaluate performance and re-align when needed. The commissions team was spending more time than needed before working on manual processing of reports and there were far more issues in the past. Now, things are streamlined and more accurate, so there are far less errors or time spend fixing them.
I was not part of the evaluation process, but this beats the manual way we were using before by a landslide. Previously, we were using manual methods like spreadsheet calculations. Since our manual ways happened outside of Salesforce, there were accuracy issues and it did not match up at times.
This tool is great for anyone who has a sales team with incentive-driven performance! It provides much needed dashboard to show the sales team performance and helps us understand what our future pay stream looks like. The features and functionality are there and many reports can be run to analyze performance and pay.
