Tons of tools and great user setting control

We use Ziflow as a review process for video production. We use it to storyboard, layout design, rough cuts, and final videos. We have several contractors, an agency, a client, and possibly an additional brand agency all involved. With so many stakeholders and creatives involved, it is vital to use a tool like this to all speak the same language and be on the same page. Things can get lost and forgotten, and the specificity of notes and versioning keep us all up to date and current on what we're talking about and where we're headed with creativity.

It has sped up our review process, but more than that, it allows us clarity to receive notes and act on them in a more precise manner. Clients are happier knowing that they are being heard in a way they weren't before. This also allows them more freedom to be part of the creative process that they may not have felt part of before.

This tool has encouraged us all to bring our creative ideas to the table. Marketers who don't design are now able to give more visual interest in what we are creating, which allows us all to see a clearer picture of what we are trying to create together. Sometimes getting what's in our brain to the screen is difficult, and this helps do just that.
