Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho allowed us to consolidate our database and marketing solutions into one ecosystem.

  • Automation can be complicated
  • The learning curve from other systems
  • Not the most user-friendly
  • Very well priced in comparison to it's competetition
  • We saved a lot of money by moving from multiple platforms to one
  • It does take a lot of time to implement a specific use-case
This works well but is not as easy to understand or as intuitive as other CRMs we have tried.
We don't utilize these features enough so can't really comment.
Zoho has an all-in-one solution called Zoho One which combines most of the solutions a company of our size requires. Thanks to this, we were able to consolidate our solutions into a single ecosystem while saving money. Zoho also has sales and marketing automation features that the other platforms don't which saves our business a lot of time.

It is an excellent solution for companies with a lot of data and on a tight budget.
It's less suited for companies with limited technical skills and systems understanding.
