It's being used by the entire company to schedule and publish information on our new products on all our social media platforms. It's been very useful in terms of improving employee productivity as most of the work is automated. It has allowed employees to focus on other duties that require more attention.
- Allows you to create customized dashboards.
- Analytics helps you to monitor Social mentions and engagement levels.
- Publishes on time with limited system down times.
- Uploading videos is a challenge. Software does not provide guidelines (file size, duration) for Instagram IGTV.
- Support for WhatsApp groups would be useful.
- Does not support Instagram & Facebook Stories.
