Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I use Zoho Social to pre-schedule posts across multiple platforms. I recently moved my business’s social media management across from another provider, having been with the previous incumbent for many years. However, I had begun to find it expensive and glitchy, and Zoho Social made sense to me given that I already use Zoho Books. I’m very happy with Zoho Social thus far, although I’m still finding my feet. The best part is that there is local support in my country!

- Reminding me to re-size Instagram images
- Showing me the Twitter character limit
- Sometimes my Insta images have a black column on the side but I don’t know why.
- My clients are impressed by my social media presence.
- I appear to be online more than I am.
- I am considered an expert on social media marketing.
Cheaper, simpler, more appropriate for my needs and, so far, less glitchy.
