Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social helps me to keep track of social media posts, and be able to respond timely to stay engaged with my potential clients. Rather than having to go to multiple platforms to be aware and stay on top of my social media presence, Zoho Social puts it right at my fingertips. This greatly helps me to keep on top of my social marketing, and saves me valuable time that I can use elsewhere.
- Notifies me when I receive a social media interaction.
- Helps me to schedule content on a regular basis.
- Allows me to view, at a glance, what my social media posting calendar looks like.
- Perhaps additional integrations with other platforms, such as my Wix and Squarespace sites or my practice management software.
- It has helped me to free up time for other practice management functions. I probably spend 3 hours less a week by working with Zoho Social.
- It has lowered my monthly costs compared to Office 365.
