Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I have used ZoomInfo for several years now and recently upgraded to be able to download a segmented list of users of competing products or products we integrate with. Our targeting has improved greatly and we have more than doubled the size of our email database. Our sales and sales development reps have been using the tool as well as the widget for prospecting and it has been extremely helpful.

We have not evaluated any other software other than ZoomInfo. We did use DiscoverOrg when it was a separate company, but our current ZoomInfo contract allows us to do everything that we used to do with DiscoverOrg and more. The tool has been extremely helpful for prospecting and finding new target markets.
Well suited: Creating a list of prospects segmented to different audiences. Our SDR team uses the widget when they are doing the prospecting and are able to easily sync leads over to our SalesForce or HubSpot with the integrations in place. Our CEO has found a lot of value in targeting people who are using competing technologies.
