Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We use ZoomInfo SalesOS primarily for prospecting. The main business challenge we were hoping to solve was the lack of access to current information for key accounts and related contacts. It's used by myself and the SDR team for researching key accounts. We also find the WebSights capability very useful to monitor, in near real-time, what organizations are looking at on our website.

  • ZoomInfo Intent is surprisingly relevant.
  • Limited information and accuracy for international account/contacts.
  • Sharing a "saved intent" with another ZoomInfo user.
  • "Chorus" feature is usually not helpful/working.
The technology tracking data attribute is absolutely essential for us, as it allows us to target accounts that have technology as part of our target customer base. Being able to leverage the intent data as a dataset and attribute is also very powerful for our organization. Allows for a very curated search for a targeted list that is manageable for an SDR to call down.
Integration to SFDC is very seamless, very easy to set up and manage. ZoomInfo proactively notifies you if an account or contact already in Salesforce and asks if you want to update or overwrite. We don't integrate with any other third party systems beyond SFDC.

Well, only seriously considered Cognism. It was a close evaluation, and price played a role, but more than anything was the Intent data. The website functionality was also a big plus for us, but the data quality in the US was comparable. International data was not superior to Cognism, but it was sufficient.
Very helpful for US/domestic research for larger organizations and manager-level contacts and above. Outside the US, it will not be so enriched. Very helpful for business emails for key contacts, and often includes personal email, although we don't use personal email. The intent feature was really the standout feature that swung us to decide to use ZoomInfo. It's helpful to have some predictive indication of what accounts to target.
