Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

Our sales team uses it to look up companies, contacts, contact info, set their ICPs, etc. Also, we use Z/I scoops and Z/I intent data to drive leads for our business developer managers. We also use it for marketing campaigns, webcasts, etc. We also have connectors with G2 and Hubspot. Good overall solution and serves its purpose.

  • not a big issue but saving over an existing search could be a easier process
We really like being able to identify the buying committees / ICPs, which helps to narrow the field down without having to go through detailed search criteria. The Z/I intent and G2 intent connector really allows us to focus in on the right companies showing intent against our ICP, making targeting the right prospects easy.
Overall, the integration with HubSpot, G2, etc. has been good although sometimes we do have issues with the Hubspot connector not working. Also, it would be good to have more intent fields form Z/I - category details, etc. passed into Hubspot so we could filter better once in Hubspot.

Overall, it ranks really well against Bombora and many other competitors, as well as integrates with G2 to help optimize our intent searches, making our campaigns more effective in targeting the right companies and contacts. It has great advanced search with lots of detailed search criteria. I would definitely recommend it.

Also, we use Z/I scoops & Z/I intent data to drive leads for our BDRs. We also use it for marketing campaigns, webcasts, etc. We also have connectors with G2 and Hubspot.
