6sense is great when used for sales insight, especially in scenarios where sales teams need to prioritize accounts based on buying intent. When we want to identify which accounts are actively researching a product category or specific keywords, 6sense provides visibility into anonymous website visits and intent signals. 6sense can do better in terms data enrichment—such as updating or verifying contact details before import to CRM. While 6sense offers some enrichment features, tools like ZoomInfo is generally more robust to maintaining accurate contact-level data.

LeanData is incredibly configurable. The drag and drop nodes are easy to use and while it takes a little practice, once you know how to configure the nodes, the amount of flexibility you have to customize your instance is impressive. We can route to specific individuals, to Round Robins, to Territory Teams and more. Timezones and vacations rules can be established and respected. The tool is incredibly scalable to large teams. We have two different business units each with different routing practices and we are able to configure LeanData to work smoothly for both unique processes.

  • I think one of my favorite features are the Bombora Surge topics, I'm able to take a topic that a segment is really highly active in and create an outbound sequence based on that, just targeting certain personas. Like on the buying committee, identifying activity. I can create an end-to-end campaign just with 6sense data.

  • LeanData's UX is top notch. I love how intuitive the FlowBuilder is, and how it helps visualize a process. I don't need to use another tool to map out the flow, and then build it again in LeanData. I also love the testing feature.
  • LeanData support is amazing. So communicative, and helpful. They were so helpful during onboarding, and continue to be a great resource as we optimize.
  • Territory management/Routing/user scheduling is super easy in LeanData. Far more robust than other solutions out there.

  • I would love to see more academy and certifications, availability, I think some easier, faster, easy, digestible courses to jump in. Certifications are great but they're very much focused on just those two certifications, so maybe more of a specialization focus on that side as well as some ways to kind of do a quick easy onboarding for first time users or those who have 6sense within their organization but don't know how to jump in and use it right away.

  • Reporting Functionality. Great log information about what happened to individual leads, but the dashboarding in the product could be more robust.
  • Territory Rules. The product does not take advantage of existing territory logic that you may have in Salesforce.com. You need to "re-build" territory ownership in the product. Not necessarily a con as this can functionally replace much of what's in SFDC.

I love the tool, it makes everything we do more powerful and accurate. I'd shout it from the rooftops any day of the week. Using this tool will take your marketing efforts to the next level, no matter where you're starting from. No need to have prior experience with the tool for it to work for you

The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

I think it is as good as it can be, but we initially purchased LeanData before we had a dedicated CRM admin on our team. It took me over a year to feel comfortable navigating it without the help of our LeanData CSM/support. To their credit, LeanData was very hands on with implementation, and always gave help needed while I was still learning

We hardly needed any support but in the initial days we got some had to contact support for the product understanding, the suppor t was prompt and they were very quick to resolve any issues. The support team is very helpful and gives a lot of importance to unresolved issues.

There is no way I would have such a successful implementation of this product without the implementation and support team. They have been patient, helpful, and very responsive. Even after I had gone live and had been so for a while, our org and thus our criteria had changed. They continued to help me make the necessary tweaks to ensure I was up and running.

It was too fast, too complex, no one could follow along. If you miss a step, you're lost for the rest of the time and there is SO MUCH to learn and keep up with.

We tried using Ringlead for routing purposes but the way the logic needed to be built was super complex, repetitive and prone to manual errors so we like Leandata as auditing and testing is better and you can even see where the error is for your graph. Having a graphical or visual presentation really made the difference

  • One of the big things, I think 6sense does a really good job is increasing the amount of pipeline that is generated within our organization. It's definitely one of the underrated things is I would say mental health, cold calling is very difficult. 6sense really makes it a lot easier to not stress out nearly as much going into these cold calls. Of course it is still going to happen, people are going to hang up, but I felt that people felt more confident going into these phone calls.

  • Complex graphs - we now only have 2 people in our organization that can manage/manipulate LeanData, setting us up for chaos if 1 or both are not available.
  • I would imagine cost being an issue as time goes on and then having to prove ROI again down the road. There is no backup in the event we can no longer justify this tool cost.
