RUN by ADP is perfect, in my opinion, for any size of company. Whether you have 5 employees or 500 employees. I feel that RUN by ADP will meet your needs and help make processing payroll as smooth as possible. Using RUN by ADP is a huge time saver for me. I love how easy it is to add new employees. I work at a company that is experiencing big growth and I am grateful for how easy it is to add new employees. I wish RUN by ADP was more transparent about the cutoff times to process payroll timely. It would be very nice to know what is the latest I could process payroll to have it be processed on time

If you have the time to train your staff on how to use it properly then it is good. I do feel it is outdated (looks wise) and could use a makeover and some new features. It could be made more intuitive, which might make it more competitive with comparable software on the market. And I would love to have it be smartphone friendly, or even have an app so that I could work with it on the go.

Pros

  • Very easy to add new employees. The process to add new employees is a simple step by step process. If you have the employee present, it is even more easier.
  • Processing Payroll. Processing payroll with RUN by ADP is super easy. When it is time to run payroll, you click on "run payroll" and follow the steps to process payroll for the given period. Processing Payroll with RUN by ADP is super easy and painless.
  • Reporting. RUN by ADP has so many different types of reports. You can get a report for each pay period by each employee or you can run a report for the entire year. Super Helpful.

Oracle has an excellent support model. The challenge is in adopting this support model and making traditional IT and non-mature system administrators use this model. In combination with the Oracle Cloud (client) Community, the support is excellent.

There is a lot of potential on Fusion. We have reaped about 10% of potential benefits. Especially on Workforce Intelligence, the opportunities are huge. The reason why we do not use the solution at its full potential is not in the product (which is simple and transparent). A roadmap is under construction to bring more of its potential to the end user.

Alternatives Considered

Personally, at other positions, I have used several other products. ADP is superior! Fantastic interface& super easy to use. Having had to train other on several platforms, this one was a very simple to show and effortless to teach to the others I was training. It is always the first company I recommend for payroll because they are local, great to work with and they offer such a versatile range of processing options.

Taleo is simply the most sophisticated and best Applicant Tracking System for experienced recruiters to use. Other ATS's pale in comparison due to ease of use, ability to organize the Hiring Process quickly and efficiently, as well as the ability to use the system to prescreen candidates and communicate with others to provide instant feedback.
