Please contact ADP for a product demo and ask about a hands-on "test drive" of Workforce Now.
ADP Workforce Now has the ability to be an all-in-one HRIS, Payroll system, ATS, and benefits management system without having any continuity issues. Easy to use and logical to use. Things are where you would think they would be without research, more of a common sense-built …
They all are pretty much the same. It's about who has the best bang for the buck. ADP seems to have very expensive add ons with no "all in one" package. I see my organization's bills for ADP and I feel like we're being taken to the cleaners with the cafeteria-style options.
I have used PeopleSoft for 5 years - very easy to use. We upgraded to 9.2 and were able to easily able to teach the HR team how to use it. ADP is comparable.
I prefer ADP for its functionality and ease of use. It is also nice to see that ADP is taking the time and money to get feedback and make changes and updates to their system. I loved the update with the new field grabber for ADP reporting it makes my life easier!
ADP beats SAP for ease of use without a question. When it comes to Ultimate I prefer their ability to actually look at an employee's check and make corrections to ADP's batch setup, but ADP's reports are easier to utilize than Ultimate's. PeopleSoft is on a whole other …
Many of these products are similar in functionality, but the UI is different. I think Workforce Now's UI is easy to use both for system admins and product users.

I have found that ADP Workforce Now has been the most user-friendly system and offers the features that our organization needs. It is also easy for our staff to use and the mobile app is wonderful for all of our staff in the office and out in the field to use.
For being a very small HR/Payroll Team (3 people), I would say that ADP is certainly better! I have worked on so many different platforms and most of them are rules-based and need you to guide the path. With ADP, they are experts and guide you to a path to success and time …
I feel that ADP workforce now is not the best software available, but one of many choices for a fully comprehensive HRIS system that can manage all functions of Human Resources if desired.
The previous system I used was an old version of PeopleSoft that was so far past needing to be updated that we were not able to make the modifications that we needed. It's not really a fair comparisson because the systems are so dramatically different. ADP has an all in one …
ADP Workforce Now while a good option for some companies, does not compare to other systems I have used in the market. As an HRIS professional I am used to system that can be managed and administered by the internal HRIS team, but I find aspects of managing ADP to be difficult. …
