Sendoso is a gift sending platform designed to support B2B sales and ABM, and provide a sales accelerant.
The main difference between Alyce and Sendoso's use at RingCentral is Alyce is more reliable and gets better meetings set. Sendoso is more of a confirmation for the meeting the very next day. More employees at RingCentral have access to Alyce and not Sendoso. Alyce is the …
Sendoso Adoption: we struggled with sales adoption. They never fully bought into Sendoso campaigns. With Alyce, all sales reps are using the tool and there's accountability by each team member. They love using the tool because it's so easy.
I honestly think Alyce has a better format - the landing page is a lot more useful and as a user I get a lot more out of it than I did Sendoso. I think is also varies depending on the company and how they want their gifts organized, but I really do feel like Alyce really tops …
Focus on Personalization: Our primary goal is to deeply personalize gifts based on individual preferences, Alyce's reputation for thoughtful curation was a deciding factor.
User-Friendly Interface: Ease of use was a critical consideration, and a straightforward, user-friendly …
The only similar platform I've personally evaluated is Alyce. I really deeply prefer Alyce's UI on the backend, but it just doesn't have the same flexibility as Sendoso, nor does it serve our use case with sending follow-up gifts from events.
Sendoso is more robust than Alyce in terms of the sheer number of integrations and items offered via the platform. While Sendoso is normally more expensive the you will uncover most of that is based on it being the most flexible offering in its competitive set. The scope of …
We considered using Alyce which seems like a great tool as well, but they expect a higher minimum send count and don't do warehousing so Sendoso is better for adding that personal touch of branded swag and good for smaller-scale direct-mail operations.
Not enough interaction from our team more focused on the AI. Also when prospects except the gift it doesn't feel personal and they can also get out of meetings. Team didn't like using Alyce.
We had evaluated Alyce for a similar general use case that Sendoso was already fulfilling for us. Ease of use, flexibility, and cost were the ultimate decision factors on our end for selecting Sendoso.
Sendoso does everything I wanted it to do, except [for] really get into AI learning and crawling the web for customer information. Alyce does an okay job at that but you are paying for it. We encouraged our representatives to build a relationship with the prospect to earn trust …
Alyce and ASendoso are pretty similar when it comes to using. We use both here at RingCentral. We use Alyce to get meetings with prospects and we use Sendoso for confirming the meeting with them by sending them a small gift card. If Sendoso had a few more items to send, it …
Sendoso has a more flexible solution than Alyce and at a better price. In addition, it has a wider breadth of eGift options than PFL has. I think PFL does have better inventory tracking but overall needed more on the front end to make it worth it (and gifting in more …
We selected Sendoso because of the integrations they had with HubSpot, Amazon, Square, and more. And their ability to meet the needs of multiple teams in our organizations.
I think it's a better product overall, and more mature. The support and success team we have at Sendoso is better (and more obviously better) than any other offering I've experienced.
