Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM
Read full review The Sales Navigator has allowed us to increase our awareness of our potential lead pool and has allowed us to grow our customer base. The system is easy to use and allows us to have great control over the number of leads we can see and the number of leads that we can connect to. Using the system has also helped us in being able to manage the number of leads that we can send.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects. Overall happy with the product Read full review Sometimes it tells me I need to log into my LinkedIn profile when I've already logged in. It's weird. It seems to be when the email address is not found. Instead of just saying the email is not found, it tells me I need to log in. Just something I've noticed. Sometimes I get this weird thing where I go to compose an email and instead of having it open all the way to the right, it opens all the way to my left. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. The most impactful difference was the relationship we have with our account team and how they continually ensure our success.
Read full review LinkedIn Sales Navigators provides different services than most other products and has the unique ability to take advantage of LinkedIn's proprietary user data. That also comes with a drawback that the system is dependent on users to update their data in a timely and accurate manner in order to get the correct intel back to users. I'd recommend other products like
Seamless.ai or
MediaRadar for more accurate and updated contact information, but also to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail for better market and company intel, timely pitching opportunities and seamless integration between Gmail and LinkedIn.
