Jotform vs. RecruitBPM

I like that it easily captures the data we need. There are calculator options, so it's best for our petty cash or overtime request, and the date options are best for our leave applications.

It has more features than Google or Microsoft Forms, which could make it a bit more complicated for those who have gotten used to the simplicity of both Google or Microsoft.

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

• I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.

• I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
• The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.
• I wish i could get notification emails sent to more that one email address on the free version

• Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
• We needed several demos to understand how to use it

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

• It saved me time. Within minutes I was able to create and share forms to collect demographic data.
• While struggling to use another software, I thought of Jotform and it was able to assist me with collating the data I had to confirm results previously obtained.
• I could not easily identify what new information was provided in a resubmission by a respondent.
