Rollworks works for us because we do not have a large budget and we generally do not run super in-depth ABM campaigns. If we had a more focused ABM strategy I could see some of the capabilities falling short. Rollworks checks all the boxes we need at this time, but being a more niche industry we do often struggle with understanding whether we are reaching the right audience through their targeting filters. That being said, we have had a fantastic experience with Rollworks and have a great relationship with our CSM who is consistently assisting with enablement, explaining new features, and helping with strategy and campaign performance. There are new features rolling out regularly and Rollworks has been very upfront and forward about their upcoming roadmap, leaving us excited about future releases.

Triblio is just as good if not better at executing ABM Campaigns as any other platform on the market. With a simple interface and simple campaign setup, I was able to launch my first ABM campaign within weeks of our initial setup. If you are a single user for your field marketing department then Triblio is a great program to help you increase the traffic, registration, and engagement with all of the marketing functions that you support. The Customer service is excellent, we meet almost weekly with our reps and they are available anytime I need them. No matter how simple of a question or if you need help presenting to leadership they are there to help you the entire way! My only request is to have more control over the overall budget. Once the money is loaded into the system you can accidentally use all of your budgets on one campaign if you do not have your parameters set correctly. This quickly becomes a problem as you add users to the system. The ability to have multi-step campaigns is taking shape but is a pretty important capability from the start.

- Media buy done through automated credit card charge at the end of the month (as opposed to having to manually send the payment in once your balance is low).
- The more clean look of the analytics dashboards - everything is there now, but there are so many analytics dashboards, you get paralysis by over-analysis sometimes, hard to pick what view to go by.

Due to the fast impact of RollWorks in a short period of time across both marketing and sales. What is unusual about the RollWorks in our annual budgeting process is that there is no need to provide a business case for RollWorks' renewal. We see the value on a daily basis. RollWorks has provided clear insight up to the C level so there is no hard sell at the executive level. All stakeholders across the organization consider RollWorks to be a long-term, integral part of our marketing stack. We always are evaluating substitutes for current tech stack providers but feel that RollWorks is unmatched in its space

RollWorks has the most intuitive interface of any tool in our multi-platform marketing stack. Any user who has worked with a CRM tool will find it much easier than say a HubSpot or Salesforce to set up and launch quickly. The adoption curve for maturing capabilities and usage is very short.

We have a cheaper version of Triblio, so we don't have all the bells and whistles. But, this works great for us. It's easy to use and the platform only includes things that we use instead of a handful of features that just slow it down. It looks like a simple version of Google Ads

We have no issues with uptime or downtime with RollWorks. The application runs consistently. I don't recall a bug or outage issue in the year that we have been users of RollWorks. The true test is complaints from our user base - there have been none at all which is unusual for our marketing stack applications.

The RollWorks interface performs well. The load time has no noticeable friction. Reports are delivered quickly and easily. We integrate RollWorks with our Hubspot and Google Analytics platforms. There were a few tweaks to get those integrations working in sync but the RollWorks account team was there to help with anything our internal technical team couldn't solve.

My rep left, and I had to hunt down a new one, and billing was not automatically charged when it was before, which led to larger bills versus auto withdrawals that occurred previously on a different plan. It's not a big deal, but I'd add more communication about that.

The Triblio support team is miles ahead of any ABM partners I have used in the past. All questions and concerns are answered expeditiously. We also have a weekly meeting where our rep gives us suggestions on how we can improve our ads and even walks us through them in real-time. I have not experienced anything quite this "white glove" in an ABM partner before.

We implemented RollWorks during the pandemic and across geographies. Therefore in-person training was not an option. We felt that we got the full impact of an in-person training experience from the RollWorks team, and that in-person training would actually have been less effective for us due to the expense and logistics. It is rare that we consider online training to be as effective as in-person so this is a credit to the RollWorks account team.

RollWorks implementation couldn't have gone more smoothly. A key success factor is inclusion and early involvement of all those who will be working with RollWorks in any way to go through the set up and launch process. We thought through and brought the right players to the table to take full advantage of the RollWorks training direct from the team - rather than having to train others one off later

RollWorks is head and shoulders above Terminus as far as to reach, engagement, usability, and customer experience - we ended our contract early with Terminus because the results were so poor. So RollWorks has been a breath of fresh air. We compared with 6Sense and Demandbase when making our selection, and RollWorks won the "bake-off" because of better matching for target accounts, and lower media costs. While the others had some very attractive features, at the core, we need to find the *right* people, and efficiently deliver ABM experiences to those individuals on our buying committees. RollWorks gave us the most confidence that they could do so - and have delivered on that.

Demandbase for just the base product was way more than I ended up paying for Triblio. If I were to level up Demandbase with all of the various add ons to bring it up to the functionality that Triblio provides it would cost a fortune.We actually used Terminus and moved away from it. It was an ok platform. It had a lot of shortcomings internationally.

We felt that RollWorks gave us the flexibility to start at a certain level within our core marketing and sales teams and then easily add users as our functions are expanding. - Tough to say the exact impact, although RollWorks tries to help you show that. They include an ROI measure tied to your pipeline. But it's not really possible to say that because 1 person at an account MAY have seen our ad that it influenced a buy. It's a little hocus pocus here.
- Our target audience is not very active in LinkedIn so we need to find ways to get in front of them outside of this business channel. Our thought/hope is that RollWorks is helping us do that.

- Triblio is extremely powerful in terms of increasing conversion rates and we've tripled conversion rates using their targeted modals versus less targeted approaches with less sophisticated products, such as HelloBar.
- Though it is hard to quantify, Triblio has increased the speed to market with which we can introduce targeted promotions. Campaigns can be spun up with Triblio in less than one day.
