It also allows users to create leads, contacts, and opportunities and log emails to Salesforce from within their inbox. Chose Salesforce Inbox
SalesforceIQ Inbox and HubSpot are both useful in small business organizations. Since they almost have the same features it's hard to tell why SalesforceIQ Inbox is better than other tools. I think the G Suite integration with filters feature is an advantage. The fact is when …
When sending emails Salesforce Inbox provides valuable insights before sending. We usually send emails to clients and before Salesforce Inbox we would need to check in Salesforce to get details regarding the contact we are sending to. With the Salesforce Inbox there is no need to look in Salesforce as it is connected directly to Gmail or Outlook.
In my experience, Salesloft is suitable for BDR/SDR teams that need to manage a lot of outbound activities in support of inbound leads, event-based leads, and pure cold calling and cold-emailing. Prior to implementing Salesloft the BDR/SDR job was very hard to do well as there was very limited automation and a lot of manual tasks required to get everything just right. Our volume of meetings booked and opportunities generated has more than doubled as a result of implementing Salesloft.
The inbound dialer. I don't particularly like having to open a second window just for inbound calls. Especially if I forget to close it during a meeting and get interrupted.
The texting interface. I can have emails templated, to fill fields pulled from the lead profile, like name, company, positions, etc. I would like the same functionality for texting, especially since I send as many texts as I do emails. Even being able to save snippets or templates would be nice.
On the note of texting, having a dedicated tab in the People view for text messages would do a lot to let me catch up on other people's conversations with the lead, instead of having to find them on the main Activity tab.
SalesLoft is a fantastic product that will be extremely helpful to any Sales Rep looking to organize their information and stay one step ahead. While it has its shares of quirks and bugs it proves to be an awesome tool for anyone that is in the sales industry.
While I have not used many other automated email CRM integration systems, SalesforceIQ is hands down a crucial part of my daily work flow. I could not picture our company putting up the monthly numbers we are able to allocate without the efficiency and concise notification settings SalesforceIQ gives Everlasting Capital. I highly recommend if you're looking for fast integration results to update numerous departments within your company, to look into SalesforceIQ as it will make your daily tasks substantially easier while keeping all parties more thoroughly notified.
ZoomInfo Engage is too clunky to use. User experience is terrible and not friendly. Too many clicks to do many things that are much easier to do in Salesloft. The native integration to Zoominfo contact data (Sales OS) is nice, but is no better than the integration between Zoominfo Sales OS and Salesloft. We also churned off of Apollo.io because the site continually crashed while my reps were doing cold calls. When you can't use the platform, we can't do our job.
