SAP SuccessFactors is a suite of HR/HCM products covering these capability areas: core HR and payroll, recruiting and onboarding, learning and development, performance and compensation management, workforce analytics and planning, and employee experience management.
I do not have too much experience with other tools. I have used SmartRecruiters previously, which was a bit easier to use, but was not able to pull the same reports.

SAP success factors provided robust talent management, global scalability and strong analytics capabilities. And they provide strong user experience options and there is no limitation on customisation as is the case with Oracle HCM Cloud.
