If you're looking for ways to visualize your data or content, the experience is a fantastic tool. We haven't used any of the other tools so I can't speak for those.

The tool is well suited for medium and large companies that are looking to gain mindshare and branding exposure by leveraging their employee's social presence. It may not suit small companies due to the license pricing structure or if there are so few employees to justify its use

  • Support- They are always available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding data searches and specific areas to search and they always provide you with the most recent updates.
  • Approachable and Dependable On- Boarding Staff (sales)- Each member of the on boarding team for Spredfast shown genuine concern and enthusiasm to work with myself and my staff to ensure the Spredfast platform and team can and would function to it's highest capacity.
  • Training - The on-site training provided by Spredfast was seamless and direct. Each of my staff enjoyed knowing how to utilize the platform with a more efficient view of social sites in one location and the ability to triage and assist customer's from all 3 social sites in one space.

There is no product like Spredfast. Our company lives and dies by the analytics, and to date we have not seen a more comprehensive analytics structure for any social media management tool. Spredfast support is also fantastic, responding and resolving any and all questions, ideas, or complaints, usually in 24 hours.

Customer service has been good. It's easy to use. It's cost effective. It's a good way to expand your social presence and get your employees more vested in branding the company without spending a ton of money. There are bells and whistles that may be good for other users. I just haven't had the time to use them

The use of the Spredfast platform is simple, which makes it very user friendly throughout. Once you have a specific area or material you are seeking to review or research, pulling this information is only few key words, a click of your mouse and it is at your finger tips. Not to mention the reports produced are beautifully designed and self explanatory and easy to share with others.

Always prompt and polite. I was a frequent flier to say the least. Actually getting things resolved and staying fixed was an issue. That's less a reflection on the support team but more the product itself. We kept getting the same issues reoccurs due to bugs. They were bad at bug fixes. They provided band aids not legitimate fixes. When I first got on the tool, there wasn’t a dedicated support line/email. It just went through my account manager. They later moved to a traditional support model

• • We did several different types of training. We went there for initial training, and we had them send a trainer into our facilities. We also used the online webinars extensively. In general, I thought that the training needed to be a little more formal. It tends to be more of a software tour, rather than actual hands-on training. This is an opportunity for improvement that they are aware of an working on.

Return on Investment

  • Our team uses social media to increase brand awareness. Spredfast has helped us achieve and measure our progress towards this goal. Content labels allowed us to track which content performed best. Knowing this enabled us to tailor future content and write posts that followers actually wanted to read and share, which then increased our social media following organically by thousands of users over the past year.
  • Our Spredfast account reps worked with us personally to perform an in-depth analysis of our social media followers. We now know who our key brand advocates and influential followers are.
  • During our company's annual conference, Spredfast's monitoring tools were invaluable for tracking mentions of the company and the conference. The tool also helped us track visits to the company website from social posts, which helped prove to executive leadership the value of social media.

  • It’s cheap for the ease and the features offered. GaggleAMP does have a report that shows how much money they are supposedly saving you but that amount is pretty subjective IMO.
