  • In my experience, they were very responsive during implementation.
  • In my opinion, they market themselves well
  • I think they are very good at selling you their product
  • In my opinion, pricing is really really high for what you get
  • Sales staff is very good and communicative and English as a first language. The implementation staff... not so much. I found it very challenging communicating with that team.
  • In my opinion, the contract is outrageous. 12 months- ok fine. But then they auto renew for 12 months and, in my experience, won't let you out.

  • Maybe the automation can be fix by us meaning the user and not from Birdeye support. So whenever I add new Survey I can just edit the VA automation myself. Currently, i need to ask them for help with this. But they respond quickly.
  • making the google monitoring refresh to automate force refresh at least twice a day?
  • making the requirements on sending thru SFTP be more easier so I won't get too much failed send.
