Since the pandemic hit our country, we needed to find a good solution to move our educational courses online. We decided to use BlueJeans as a good option to deliver our courses online. After a few weeks of testing, we were convinced that this is a great and reliable tool for us to use. We received great praise from our team, our instructors, and our students. about the tool. We highly recommend BlueJeans.

BlueJeans is used in our company for multiple purposes. We have been using it to connect with employees between our head office and branch office, to have discussions with our stakeholders including banks and consultants, and also for conducting meetings of our Board of Directors.

During COVID and the restrictions that followed, it was not possible to have physical meetings. Also, as there were restrictions on travel, we needed an efficient digital tool to connect our teams based in two different cities in two of our offices. BlueJeans has helped to overcome these limitations and we have been effectively conducting team meetings as well as board meetings on this platform with equal ease as a physical meeting.

I work at the University of Valley of Guatemala, and we currently use BlueJeans as our only video conference platform. We use it for directors, for e-learning courses, for talks and webinars, and for Facebook broadcast. Basically the whole organization, teachers and students and directors, are using BlueJeans as an alternative option for other others platforms like Skype or WebEx. We like that we can record the session and also that BlueJeans is really easy to use and can be installed on many devices. We can also use it with the conference codec we have without the need of purchasing an additional plugin. I have been able to try some other platforms like Zoom but I found BlueJeans the best cost effective solution for us.

Current use cases for BlueJeans include conference calls, simple collaborative meetings, and interviews. Multiple departments across campus make use of the service and choose it for its reliability and ease of usefulness. Most recently, the College of Business used BlueJeans to host a multi-institutional competition. Most of the time, BlueJeans is used as an alternative to Zoom, with the ease of creating meetings with no moderator and auto-recording features.

BlueJeans is being used by an entire department. Our teams that host multiple virtual meetings a month use it the most. BlueJeans allows us to conduct our business without technology interfering with our work. Instead, with BlueJeans technology, our work is easier. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our use of BlueJeans.

Security due to potential data/IP leakage is critical to our business. We trust BlueJeans vs other conferencing apps and its ease of use vs Teams, Meet has made it our WFH go-to tool. Forming a company during a pandemic has required secure, functional tools that work do our adversaries cannot. BlueJeans is the only conferencing tool that I trust as we build the company entirely in the USA. BlueJeans has been and continues to be invaluable to us.

We initially purchased BlueJeans seats for just our shareholders to use, and then added meeting rooms for use with our Polycom systems in the larger conference rooms. It worked so well for our client calls and weekly calls to our other office, that in the early weeks of the coronavirus pandemic we made the decision to purchase seats for everyone within the firm so that if our office closed we would have seamless contact with our teams. Since then, everyone in the firm uses it for conference calls and group discussions as we no longer meet in-person. Our litigation team also uses it for virtual depositions, mediations, arbitrations, etc. Socially, we use it for Friday happy hours to maintain communication with our teams.

We use BlueJeans for internal meetings and coordination, for meetings with customers and to perform online training for our customers when the number of participants is less than 20. When we need to perform classes with more than 20 attendants (Webinars) we used WebinarJam.
The whole organization used BlueJeans, but in some cases the customers prefer other applications like Meet or Teams.

BlueJeans with both internet browser access, phone app, and dial in numbers is very convenient and flexible.
It is for us a reliable dial-in service that we can easily set up for any of our remote meetings.

Mostly we use it with our customers. Practically we have daily meetings with our customers, and we have been using it for 2 years. We have never received any complains about the service. It's easy to login via PC or telephone. What I love about it, is that you can leave the room open, with no password and anyone can use it from my organization.

NVSBL uses BlueJeans to facilitate remote meetings and workshops with up to 50 participants.

We are an independent consulting boutique, and while our clients sometimes have video conferencing systems in place, they are not suited for more immersive experiences. BlueJeans helps us selling our business all over the world, with any kind of client and infrastructure.

BlueJeans is used all across the firm from the technical support BlueJeans room through to private meetings and even large social events such as the 'pub' quiz. We particularly like the quality of the audio and video but other key capabilities such as locking the room, vanity URLs, and the command center which identifies poor quality connections are extremely useful. Moderator controls are comprehensive, whiteboarding is great, and we often use the screen control feature too.

We use BlueJeans across our organization. Whether it is for routine meetings, reviews, meetings with clients, or training, we use it extensively to cut travel (thereby saving an enormous amount of time, productivity, and also money), as we are small teams spread across India. It does help that BlueJeans isn't dependent on only a restricted number of devices, for we can connect from mobile phones, PCs, and even VC Rooms, and, more importantly, the attendees need not necessarily be subscribers. Keeping an ecosystem for communications closed defeats the very purpose of its existence, in my opinion.

We use BlueJeans as a collaboration tool both for internal use and for clients. We use the features to share presentations and provide visuals using the video. We decided on this product because of access on any device. Network availability is very stable. Easy to use. The video is very useful and can remain on for hours. We have used the video as a customer support function in our remote branches. Allows for quicker time for resolution by seeing and capturing a visual for what is being described on a call.

Prior to the quarantine, BlueJeans was our preferred video conference solution for the entire organization. Since quarantine, many users have opted to also use Zoom. They have no technical or business reason to do so besides they like saying the name.

We've started to use BlueJeans for the leadership meetings across the whole organization in North and South America, and then, since the pandemic broke out, we are now using BlueJeans as a platform to provide spiritual and educational service for the people with developmental disabilities. Right now, our Atlanta, GA, and Charlotte, NC branch are using it the most.

Breakout session is the one we had a problem with and we're not using it anymore because of that reason.
I wish an administrator could monitor all breakout sessions at once instead of joining each small group to see if they are doing OK and coming back out to join another room to see their activity. And some times, the system won't break out individuals so they have to log out and log back in to join the breakout session. It normally takes a couple of minutes, and if that person is the leader, that room just becomes chaotic since the member of that room is a person with a developmental disability.

I wish I could see all the faces at once while playing the video. I use dual screen monitors to overlook everyone, and for me to see people's activity, I have to mute currently viewing videos for others to show up and that's inconvenient.

Another problem is that when the video is playing, it sometimes breaks up. It might be because of the bandwidth or networking issues, but I wish there was less problem with this. I also wish that YouTube streaming could be shared via BlueJeans as well.

Used BlueJeans across the entire organization. Any department, person, or team that conducts meetings over phone, video/virtually with a distributed team and/or clients used it.

We used it to connect remote and distributed people, teams, departments, and offices. We also used BlueJeans for remote/out of area interviews with qualified candidates. It helps speed up the interviewing timeline and process by allowing us to video interview and screen share as needed.
