- We like the option of downloading backed up files both individually and as a group.
- The ransomware protection is a security feature that puts our minds at ease when it comes to the safety of our data.
- The Customer Success team does frequent reach outs and technical health checks.
- Sometimes some special firewall policies need to be created to give access to the Druva backups and restores.
- Some ransomware features aren't available as in-depth for some workloads as they are for the others.
- Sometimes there are bugs that come up during importing of users from SCIM.

- It takes very little bandwidth and internet speed to perform both restores and backups.
- The tech support is available any time of the week, even on off days- so we always get help whenever we require it.
- Multiple ways of importing users into the Druva platform is impressive and afford flexibility.
- Advanced Ransomware Recovery doesn't work for all Druva offerings, that would be a great feature to have.
- The archiving feature could also offer more price flexibility.
- Seating up the initial configurations can be a little tedious due to the length of the documentation involved.

- It doesn't require a lot of bandwidth or additional resources for either backups or restores.
- It is easy to implement, the Endpoint and VM clients work flawlessly once set up.
- The Geofencing functionality makes sure that certain backups can be restored from any remote location.
- The FRQs are also looked into in-depth.
- There's no option to delete the most recent Phoenix backups, which can be a little bit of an inconvenience at times.
- The configured VMs aren't listed in the alphabetical order, which can be fixed.
- Some backups need to manually being led through the firewall.

Druva is worth it!!
- Building out the backup policies and schedules is super simple
- On prem setup for making connection to cloud instance is simple and intuitive
- Being able to have an all in one solution to backup several products is a major plus
- Iterface can be a little bit easier to navigate
- Sometimes difficult to understand the credit system per TB of data

- We are not able to use it in our remote locations because deployment not working. There should be Druva's own deployment system. It could be web based as well as email notification based.

Flexible and robust cloud backup solutions.
- Customer onboarding was fantastic. We were assigned dedicated resources that helped us integrate inSync to our needs, including profile creation and application deployment.
- Support has been knowledgeable, competent, and motivated to assist us.
- Pricing is competitive with other solutions, possibly even better.
- Druva Cloud is currently undergoing a make-over, and the reporting system is a mess. When the upgrades are complete, I expect the reporting experience to be much improved over the previous ones.
- Phoenix relies on AWS and uses a credit-based consumption cost model that requires predicting usage. Not intuitive and pretty annoying to manage. We have to review annually with our account rep.

- The backups are also encrypted and deduped.
- In case of any Ransomware attack we're also offered curated snapshots and a quarantine bay.
- Azure VM backups which are currently in the pipeline.
