It has all the features of staffing enterprise, patent protecting recruiting engines, and supported by fully advanced technology to drive the hiring process very easy. It enables to have all the activities to be recorded and communicated across the platform from start to end. I have been using JobDiva in my organization for system tracking and it is providing wonderful services.
  • I can search candidates from my existing software very easily by just integrating them with JobDiva.
  • It has been a great find for me as it minimizes the whole work in half which is a great help for me.
  • The most promising thing that I like the most in JobDiva is their customer support.
  • It is not expensive platform like other available in the software market.
  • It gives reliable tracking results.
  • The dashboard of JobDiva is not that excellent. Totally designed in an old-fashioned way and not easy to use. I cannot be able to navigate things easily on the platform.
  • Secondly, while opening different links and pages it opens against that window rather than opening in a new tab. Notes cannot be changed if they have created, either delete them and create again.
JobDiva is a big help for me in recruiting and gathering information about candidates easily. I have been using it for a long time and all the features help me a lot to be more productive at work. The support team is great, listens to problems very well. It is a complete package to have in the organization I would definitely recommend this to other organizations to have JobDiva in their workplace for better and precise recruiting of candidates.

JD is used across the organization. Every employee here comes in contact with JD. We use it for employee profiles, recruiting, onboarding, HR notes, timesheets, reports.

JobDiva is being used by recruiters and managers in our company. It is an Applicant Tracking System we are using for us to connect with our candidates and clients. As a recruiter I use it for sourcing candidates and and it also helps me keep track of my candidates' status.

  • When you source candidates in JobDiva, even if you limit the radius within 15 miles only, most of the resumes that will be pulled out are candidates that are living more than hour from the job's location.
  • Sometimes resume match are not accurate.
  • Slow.
I give 8 as a rating because JobDiva is easy to learn and navigate than other Applicant Tracking Systems. However, there are some features that still needs to be improved. Sometimes it is slow and when you source candidates, most of the resumes that will be pulled out are not a match.

JobDiva helps with the entire hiring process, right from finding suitable candidates to helping with application tracking, communication, etc. All senior managers, leadership across verticals and the HR teams use JobDiva for these purposes. It surely helps save a lot of bandwidth on HR side and gives a lot of control in the hands of various stakeholders with respect to hiring decisions and fast tracking the hiring process.

JobDiva automates many processes for recruiters as well the back-office staff so that we work using the same solution in applicant tracking and talent management. Recruiters can track communications and other aspects of their relationship with candidates. The back office use the solution to combine post-hiring tasks with financial operations such as time sheets, billing and invoicing.

We have used JobDiva to hire for our intern positions. We always get tons of applicants so it allows us to sift through all of the candidates and find those who stand out without spending tons of time going through all of the resumes and information in detail.

It really helped to manage candidates and save time. It was easy to customize to our organization's recruitment style. It is a comprehensive tool for sourcing, interviewing, billing, on-boarding and payroll management. Everything you need in one program.

  • The email merges are working but sometimes we don't get responses either because the email IDs given aren't valid or candidates don't respond. Not known exactly.
This portal is highly recommended for all types business purposes. We are really have good experience using this portal, moreover we close deals too. One of the favourite portals.

We use it for candidate tracking, harvesting from job boards, job postings, onboarding, CRM, reporting, and back office functions. It tracks our full life cycle of recruiting. It streamlines the process of searching for candidates within our database, job boards and on LinkedIn. We also use it for all communications with candidates, from initial emails, to right to represents, interview prep and offer letters. We can customize templates for a lot of actions within the recruiting process.

We use JobDiva daily as our main recruiting software management system. The whole company uses JobDiva from sales people, to the recruiter to management. JobDiva allows us as a team as well as a collective to consistently be on the same page and in the loop of all personnel progress, changes, start dates and terminations.
  • Excellent analytical data.
  • Dashboards allow easy access and are logical.
  • Great overview of team statistics by day, week and month.
  • Room for human error with so many spots to fill in information.
  • Automatically add internal new hires to jobs if they are part of the branch.
  • Do away with the secondary and tertiary recruiter lines or have them auto-populated. If someone is attaching a candidate then they should be primary the rest do not matter. No credit goes to them regardless.
Well suited for tracking applicants, new hires and all pertinent info required for the recruiting process. It also helps managers track all activity, starts, terms, notes and etc. needed for metrics and analytical data.

Less suited for small groups or small businesses. A lot of different features that might not get used if the company is smaller.

Technically most of the employees in my organization are depend upon JobDiva for various purposes which includes candidate sourcing to onboarding candidates to the Client. We all are relying on JobDiva if I talk in numbers more than 300 employees are using it at this moment. For me the problem of tracking candidates, following up with them and performing full recruitment cycle it all made easy with JobDiva. The use interface is surreal, for new users I would highly recommend JobDiva.
  • First things first, the real time search. Currently this feature is my best favorite at this moment. It allows you fetch resumes from web portals like Career Builder, Monster and Dice. I save a lot of my time using this feature.
  • Sourcing of candidates with JobDiva would my first priority because JobDiva allows you to create a database of your candidates. You just simply can go and check your reports and availability of candidates which usually saves a lot of my time.
  • The user interface is pretty good and simple, for new users it's very easy to get along with.
  • There are so many other good features as well like updating a new resume, activities, notes, mail merge. These all features can be performed easily.
  • There isn't much to dislike but there are few things I still don't understand.
  • If I check the recent option I don't see any relevant candidates with recent experience.
  • If there would be a direct option from JobDiva page to reach out to the candidates, that would be plus.
I would definitely recommend JobDiva to my colleagues, to be honest I did recommend to my friends. Usually JobDiva is very useful for both active and passive recruiting, there's only one thing you should care about that's fetching resumes from web portals. If you're using JobDiva as a primary recruiting portal you might wanna fetch resumes with Real Time Search from Monster, Dice and Career Builder. You can save your candidates and make a database in JobDiva itself, I preferably do that which saves a lot of time.

We use JobDiva as our ATS tool as well as our CRM tool. It's being used across the whole sales and recruiting entities of our business. Most of our job takes place on JobDiva, whether it be the database of candidates or the entire onboarding process itself once we get candidates into positions.
  • Over 8 million resumes is quite extensive.
  • The JobDiva chrome extension makes finding candidates easy.
  • Tracking personal progress and KPI's via reporting is great.
  • When looking through a list of candidates in a Boolean search the highlight feature is great, but if you look up another candidate on a separate open tab going back and looking through candidates does not have the highlight function.
I think it is extremely well suited for the entirety of the ATS and CRM process. I can't imagine a scenario where I would not use JobDiva in relation to these actions.

JobDiva is used across the company for sales, recruiting and HR to track applicants, client notes and HR information. It pulls reports for metrics, evaluations and is tied to our clients for VMS accounts.
  • JobDiva has several capabilities making it easy to track, document important information along with setting up reminders for follow up; which is key to the success of a recruiter.
  • Effortlessly tracks notes from your email into JD without having to toggle back and forth.
  • If a harvest is written well (key to success); has a great outreach to several candidates to efficiently connect with the right candidate.
  • If someone would like to no longer be part of an email merge - it would be nice to for the recipient to click a feature and have it done automatically versus the company to search and fill out the feature.
  • A feature for someone that has moved but still wants the contact to update automatically in the system versus manually going back to update - give the candidate the option.
I don't like to use the email merge feature all the time with the exception of a unique skill set. I feel it is spam and can dilute your company's reputation; let alone the recruiter. However, it has generated great candidates in the past. It's a quandary.

We evaluated JobDiva as part of an organization-wide effort to modernize our hiring and recruiting process. While we ultimately decided to go with another vendor, there were several features in JobDiva that I found very impressive. Most notably the ability to automatically source resumes from multiple sources, and consolidate them into a unified feed was amazing and I would love to see this in more products.

There were a few rough edges around the email templates feature, but other than that I might recommend JobDiva for smaller organizations. However I am not sure if it would scale for larger organizations that don't have time to spend onboarding a team of maintainers.

  • Job board publishing pipeline.
  • Onboarding was confusing for new users.
  • Submitting candidates to the portal sometimes resulted in errors.

JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems that I have used so far. It is user friendly. It has a build-in database of resumes inside the system. You can do sourcing inside the ATS, and you can save a Boolean search for each job order. JobDiva is well suited for finding talent on the market and it is very easy to use (user-friendly). It has a wide database structure that allows new daily updates to its users.

We use JobDiva in our recruiting and sales division (we do not use it for timesheets and back office protocols yet). JobDiva does a great job organizing our candidates and maintaining notes our users have put into the system for over 10 years which makes our conversations with candidates more personal and gives us more information at the start of calls. It also helps bring in new resumes and post jobs on a variety of job portals including LinkedIn.
  • JobDiva does a great job managing notes over a long period of time which helps recruiters and account managers have more accurate in depth conversations.
  • It does a great job having real time search features to search monster and dice in real time.
  • Jobdiva is an effective tool to help run reports for internal users and track user activity.
  • JobDiva texting.
  • Needs to do a better job finding passive candidates since many candidates do not post to job boards anymore (posting on LinkedIn has already helped this).
  • Sometimes JobDiva will run a little slow but the support team is very effective at identifying and fixing issues.
It is a very user friendly applicant tracking system and is great for managers that are working remotely to track employee performance and see what they are working on in real time.

JobDiva is an excellent ATS. Apart from being user-friendly, it's a complete tool on its own. It's a well-designed software that fulfills almost every need of an organization for tracking candidates and jobs. I have been using JobDiva for the last 2 years and it's very useful in the staffing industry. We evaluated JobDiva as part of an organization-wide effort to modernize our hiring and recruiting process. While we ultimately decided to go with another vendor, there were several features in JobDiva that I found very impressive. Most notably the ability to automatically source resumes from multiple sources, and consolidate them into a unified feed was amazing and I would love to see this in more products.

JobDiva is our company-wide applicant tracking system. It is being used in all departments.

One issue for us, is that we utilize it as our internal system as well, thus causing some issues with our own internal employees vs. field employees.
  • Visibility -- The platform is very visually appealing, thus allowing us to be more successful than with other ATS.
  • Ability to house all candidate information in one centralized location.
  • Reporting - can be a bit redundant having to click the same things to generate the same reports. Some type of hot button to get the report you need would be great.
  • Updates - there are often little bugs that we notice on our end before hearing about it from JobDiva. We'd love to proactively know when things are going on if at all possible.
JobDiva is excellent for staffing agencies & smaller companies.

For us, it's our #1 tool -- so there is no current scenario where it is inappropriate.

We currently [use] JobDiva as our Applicant Tracking System across our entire enterprise. It currently solves all of our issues with working in the Vendor Managed Space.
  • Reporting functionality.
  • Onboarding.
  • Recording communications, call notes, email notes, texting.
  • Works well with our Telephony System.
  • Works well with Exchange to record all email interactions automatically.
  • Communications with support, they have gotten better.
  • Reporting functionality is awesome but BI tools are difficult to use.
Any recruiting it works well, I can't think of any HR recruiting function it does not do well in.

As an IT staffing company, JobDiva is our "hub" of client/applicant information. We use it daily to track all interactions and gauge progress on our daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • It is a great "all in one" CRM/ATS. You don't need to work with outside vendors/partners to do things like timesheets, billing, text messaging, video interviews, etc. It is all included.
  • Great mobile app that allows users to look up and track info on clients/candidates.
  • The GUI/interface is pretty "clunky," not very sophisticated compare to other competitors.
  • User adoption has been difficult because the process flow is not "intuitive."
We selected JobDiva as a lower-cost option to our then-ATS, Bullhorn. Many other IT staffing firms recommended JobDiva to us. While we are generally satisfied with our choice, Bullhorn was much easier to navigate, the look/feel was way better. However, I guess that is why it cost 3x what we now pay for JobDiva. For a small/growing firm like ours, the ROI for Bullhorn just was not there. Plus, the fact that all of the other features we have with JobDiva (text messaging, video interviews, etc.) are additional costs with Bullhorn.
