Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

It's an applicant tracking system and I use it on daily basis being a recruiter for Pyramid Consulting. JobDiva is the heart of Staffing industry as without it we won't be able to function.

Why do u need to use any other ATS when you have JobDiva. I haven't used any other ATS and I don't think I'll need to switch in future as this one's the best you can get. So, trust me and JobDiva's database and keep going with it only.

Using JobDiva

2000 - Consultant : Screen resumes for the job requirements to reach out to the right candidate with the right job.
2000 - Skills are basic one should know how to apply Boolean/string and know what all options are present. Rest it's very easy to grasp as the tools and services are in front of eyes only.

The company I'm working with has purchased the premium support as no one wants a speed breaker on a smooth road just the same way while recruiting no one wants to stop because of an error. For instant resolution and quick support they purchased it.
Haven't faced any issue with JobDiva till now.

Using JobDiva

It is so easy to use and one can learn it's UI in a day or two completely. How easily it can be linked with ring central and outlook.
