We communicate via slack in our company. We have different channels for each projects and some common channels where we discuss things not related to work. Slack supports many integrations with different applications like Trello, GitHub, google calendar etc. This really helps us to get real time updates from those applications.

We use Slack as our communication medium through the organizations. Furthermore, as slack integrates only with everything, we use it for our sales process too. We have integrated in with calendar and Hubspot to get updates on demo requests, sign ups and calendar blocks from our website.
Slack also allows different channel creation for ideation, internal management discussion and interact through huddles with employees

Slack is vital for working remotely with teams as I do as a Fractional CMO and Creative Director and unglitch.io. Chat quickly to give feedback on design projects, hop on quick video chats, get multiple people @'d in on the conversation and track projects all-in-one. It makes life so much easier when you are working from home or away from your team.

Being able to chat between one or multiple people within the organization around the country. It is easy to chat, call or even video chat.
Sharing ideas with each other in real time helps with ensuring the company gets the best performance while being distant from each of the sites. Leadership can share information while others are away from the office.

We use Slack in our organization mainly for internal communication, as well as communications with some of our customers. The main business problem that Slack addresses is how to communicate quickly between coworkers, and how to easily send pieces of code and files. The scope of our use case is mainly for internal communication, sending files and sharing code between employees, as well as some Slack bots/automations we developed.

I love Slack! It’s been so great to use and chat with my coworkers on specific topics with more ease than email. Its instant messaging is simple and efficient, and I also love that we can integrate other technologies into it as well. It’s been a great command center for our team!

Slack improves the communication with colleagues, for every new project we create a new channel to concentrate all the communication in one place and can keep the history of the project for years. The adoption of Slack in the company was smoothly and nowadays we certainly use more Slack messages than email for internal communication.
Other excellent functionality is the use of integrations, Slack allows integrations with many other tools, like tools for meeting, phone call, email, task manager and many others.

Especially in our hybrid environment where most of our team is remote and we are rarely all together physically in one location, Slack has allowed us to remain connected and collaborative. In addition, we have developed a strong, positive and fun culture over Slack via the ability to send out fun messages from time to time (random facts, animated gifs, etc).

Slack is used in my organization for internal communication. What is great about it, is that you can save files and share files through Slack without risking of them getting lost

We use Slack for many of our internal communications: daily scrum, weekly company video meetings, daily communication between team members. We have a project management suite of course, as well as an email suite and Gsuite, but I'd say 90% of our instantaneous team communication comes through Slack. For a fully remote company, this is a pretty significant part of our business, so it needs to be fast and easy. Slack fits the bill.

We use Slack for internal communication and to collaborate on projects. Email is not a feasible long-term solution for collaboration. So, using Slack we build Channels based on projects and sub-projects and related people can work together within the same projects. In this way information are easy to retrieve and collaboration is fast and easy.

We use slack for all internal communications; as a small company, it enables us to be transparent so that everyone can have an awareness of what's going on, breaking down any silos that might exist. As a consultancy, we also use it to communicate with clients to allow more immediate and less formal communications.

We use Slack as our primary communication platform, it's very secure and easy to use. It comes with web hooks which we can link to almost anything. And more than a communication tool, we also integrate it with various observability solutions for alerting. Apart from that it comes with bots which make lives easier.

It being a large organization with multiple teams in sophisticated structure, timely and effective communication becomes a critical challenge. Slack allows an intuitive chat-like interface for any person-to-person or group discussions—both public and private. Thanks to its extensive list of external integrations (e.g. Google Calendar for scheduling, Zoom for meeting, Lattice for person operations, etc), consolidating other work-related tasks in one place becomes easier.

We use Slack to organize events. It is a nice way to categorize separate events with notes and different participants in those events. We can post graphics and get feedback from those who joined the events to keep moving along and working faster. It is a great solution to keep everyone updated on important things that need attention.

Slack is fantastic collaboration and messaging app. We used it to communicate with the team along with sharing best practices, and generally know what's going on with one another and in the ongoing project. The app basically eliminates the need for emails, text messages, and other communication tools. It is fun, yet official. By properly utilizing Slack, we were able to see a significant increase in productivity for most projects.

Slack its more than messenger, it's a powerful tool for a people who works in a big organizations. In ours we widely use it, you have to be available in slack during the working hours, it's a part of the job. We have many channels groups and treads where we talk about bugs different updates, merges, or other nice topics as what we are going to eat on a lunch, which updates we have in a different offices and what is the news around a company itself. Most of the real time updates we send via slack, if in our r&d we have troubles we share them in a slack it's basiaclly our stackoverflow where you can search for the solution on your troubles

Slack is integral for team communication, we use it consistently throughout the day. It allows for quick and seamless communication. Along with simple messaging, it is also great for calls and screen sharing. In our current WFH-dominated world, it is a great tool for team building and communication.
