Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Review
This has happened many times where a user has deleted the wrong file or wrong email and it's always the most important file or email. With Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, we've always been able to recover the item within minutes allowing the user to get back to their day and not costing the company money waiting for the work they need doing to be completed.
I've restored emails from backups and explored issues that were in recovery files.
The secure data control infrastructure has saved many team members from losing data. When submitting tasks it gives immediate notification after the message has been delivered. I used to experience challenges when sharing files due to poor network channels sometimes but with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 every process has been running successfully. The company has highly benefited from reliable data configuration services enhanced by this tool.

Nearly perfect backup solution for M365
We have used the restore solution several times to restore sharepoint and onedrive data. Also the recovery of mailboxes has been helpfull in fraudulent cases where we needed evidence stored in old mailboxes.

Just try it
As I said before the management is very simple. The administrative interface is very intuitive and it is possible to manage everything with a few simple clicks. Even if you're not on site, you can guide users through the process of self-recovering their mailbox items. This helps customers to reduce the waste of time waiting for someone to recover lost objects

Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 is an excellent solution for Office 365 data backup!
The loss of data is critical in our industry. Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 gives us multiple retention points and multiple storage locations so we have complete data security. We have had to restore missing emails and files and it was so easy to do. We had simple choices of which files or email version we wanted to restore. So easy.

Veeam Backup for office365 - it just works!
One of our users had emails that went missing. When we looked into the audit logs, it appeared to be getting deleted by the user. We were able to quickly go in and restore the emails that were missing.

There are easier backup solutions, which cost FAR less. Look around and be absolutely sure before buying. It's expensive.

Veeam for O365 - Reliable and it just works
Yes, we have had many cases in the last 2 years where either entire mailboxes needed to be restored or individual files restored that weren't saved in MS's online backups any longer. We had no issues with the restores and didn't have to waste our time troubleshooting any issues. It just worked.

Great software for backing up 365 Data.
We were able to find a document that was sent to an employee that had left the company a few months prior that allowed us to make sure that we were still in compliance with outside governing bodies.
Fortunately, we have not yet been the victim of malicious attack that destroyed our data. It is coming eventually though, and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is an important line of defense against such attacks.

Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is a great solution for backing up cloud to onsite storage
Thankfully, we've not had a reason to restore anything from backup. However, as part of our policy, we do recovery tests to make sure we can recover from a backup if needed. We've tested restoring sharepoint data and mailbox data. Recovering is simple and accurate. We've recovered mail directly to a mailbox and also to a secondary location. Both worked flawlessly.

We haven't yet needed to recover from backups. However we have carried out a number of restore tests and have been surprised how easy it was.

A Great Investment
We have. A user has accidentally deleted a shared folder for the largest shared mailbox at our org, and was restored and fully operational in less than 20 minutes thanks to Veeam.
We have recovered accidentally recovered files for users as well as full organization recovery table-top exercises.

An excellent option for small-to-medium tenants
We have been fortunate to not experience a data loss incident as of yet in our O365 tenant. But we test restores yearly for all O365 services using small amounts of data and have never had a failure.

Try Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. You won't be disappointed.
We have benefited from data not being lost, but from a director overlooking a particular email. It was quicker to find and copy the message using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 than to use Microsoft's Compliance system.

Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 - Overall, a great supplemental product to an existing VB&R customer
There have been multiple times where users have deleted something from their OneDrive that they ended up needing, and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 always provided a quick fix in terms of restores. There was a time when a user was accidentally deleted entirely while still an employee, and we were quickly able to bring back their mailbox as if it had never happened.
