When I started with this organization and was starting the purchasing process, they had my predecessors predecessor on record with the company. She is deceased, so it was difficult to get the quote process working so we could purchase the product. The sales agent drug in support folks to get access to the account and get things changed over properly and we were able to get the quote.
Then, the actual reseller was sluggish to produce the quote and process the purchase... the sales agent again helped out getting things finalized.

There was a big problem with our storage infrastructure a couple of years ago which affected the productional and also the backup storages.

I called Veeam, and the engineer spent many hours in a deep debug session with me to solve the problem and help us.

Another story was about P2V restore which I was trying in a Lab environment when I ran into some problems, and also this was not a productive but "only" a Lab environment Veeam support treated it as a real problem and we manage to solve it at last.

We've had very few issues with Veeam, but we did have an issue where our licenses were out of sync. Basically, we bought licensing for our old 2-server setup, then expanded to 3 servers, and bought additional licensing. We had to merge the license files. This merge can be done in the user support portal, but we didn't know that. So when we talked to support, the agent walked us through it without any attitude or problems.
