Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our organization uses ADP Workforce Now in the accounting department and in the human resources department. The time cards are used across the whole organization. Accounting uses the payroll system. Human Resources uses the employee set-up and benefits system. It provides for efficient processing and record-keeping of payroll and paid time off.
  • Generates helpful reports.
  • Update notifications pop-ups are annoying.
  • Allow for option to remove them after attention has been given to them.
  • Efficiency.
  • Excellence.
The system is rate-able in general use but has so many components that it is difficult to consider all of them in the rating. I'm sure there are plenty I am still not aware of. I'm sure it is helpful to rate the components that are used regularly. I give the product great ratings because it is an amazing and wonderful product.

ADP Workforce Now provides more options. It integrated the time card records with the payroll process which made it more efficient to use. ADP Workforce Now seems to be a more user-friendly system to work on. This saves time. ADP Workforce Now addresses the problems associated with processing payroll with better training options and more information provided.

Most of the time the support system is useful & helpful. However, sometimes the communication is difficult to process.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for small or large businesses. It is a professional tool that provides a great advantage in processing an error-free payroll. It is easy to learn. The tutorials are extremely helpful. The classes offer a wonderful learning experience. The system is multifaceted and addresses needs that are relevant. The process for payroll is efficient. It saves time and generates great results.

ADP Workforce Now provided excellent support to the business through the COVID-19 crisis. They offered up to date information that related to various problem situations with the COVID-19 crisis. They actively pursued solutions that would make a positive difference.
Since our business has essential work related responsibilities we didn't have to navigate these transitions.
It was nice to have the support and resources to assistant with the COVID-19 pandemic response. They were informative & valuable resources.
