Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing across three company codes, for our entire organization. We access payroll records for HRIS and benefits information as well.
- Tax filing services ensure worry-free submission of all tax withholdings and state/federal reporting
- Reporting tools and processing reports through iReports
- Better customer service representative training is needed. Sometimes a rep does not sound confident in their answer, and I need to call back and confirm with someone else.
- Integration with ADP 401k services could use improvement. When we transitioned to a new administrator, the deconversion process was not handled in an efficient manner.
- All employees can quickly submit time-off requests and understand their accruals for future use. This leaves more time for employees to focus on work and not worry about getting time away from the office approved.
- A weekly 401k payroll bridge for compensation and demographic transmission to our 401k administrator
Both ADP Workforce Now and Empower were familiar to us, with the same required fields for reporting, so testing only took a couple of rounds. Troubleshooting after implementation is a little more difficult.
We've been briefed on this by sales representatives, but it is not a good fit for our organization.
