ADP Workforce Now is being used as a timekeeping piece and for benefits, along with open enrollment.

We were only able to add carrier connection on 3 out of 7 benefits, and we never could get the BCBS one lined up. The recruitment piece is being used.

For open enrollment ADP Workforce Now is great, but it is hard to follow what employees have started and made requests for. Make the request easier to see exactly what the employee is requesting (such as a beneficiary change).
