Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it across our entire organization as an employee info database, time and attendance, payroll, and benefits management. We also use it for compliance reasons with the ACA and as an online on-boarding tool to reduce paperwork and new hire orientation time.

  • Performance management.
  • Customer service.
  • Great for speeding up processes and saving time in areas like benefits management.
It works well.
Many of these products are similar in functionality, but the UI is different. I think Workforce Now's UI is easy to use both for system admins and product users.
If you have enough employees that you need access to report running and data analysis, ADP is a great tool for that. Their report running function is extremely user friendly and allows you to compile info in a snap.
