Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is used at our company as our HRIS and Payroll system and it is used company wide. All employees utilize the system to review pay statements, etc. as well as enroll and manage their benefits. We utilize ADP's recruitment and performance management tools as well. It handles all of our administrative needs in an easy-to-use manner.
  • Payroll Processing - It works flawlessly and integrates well with internal accounting systems.
  • HRIS System - ADP's offering is strong and the features such as Employee Document Library are great!
  • Menu Access - ADP is complicated to use in the sense that there are many places in the system you need to go just to complete one task.
  • Account Representative as Support - Our Account Representative is very difficult to reach when we need urgent assistance.
  • We are able to enroll hundreds of employees across multiple locations in benefit plans via employee Self Service.
  • We have been able to improve our performance management processes and procedures.
ADP is a strong offering within a market that is constantly changing. ADP is able to adapt to changing technology however client support must be increased for the roll-out of updates to be successful. ADP needs to offer better training via online courses for employers to be able to better utilize the system.
  • Various Benefit Vendors via file feeds
  • Everything Benefits from the ADP Marketplace
Integrations with ADP take a very long time, anywhere from 2 months to 8 months. ADP's teams that work on product implementations can be slow to respond and when interacting with certain individuals, very difficult to understand. ADP must work on improving the connections between them and other vendors as the marketplace is constantly changing.
ADP is still the champion at payroll processing. Their system does do a good job at housing employee information. Additionally, ADP is incredibly price competitive when it comes to the other vendors on the market. Because of ADP's large footprint and recognized brand name we decided to stay with our current offering.
ADP WFN is a robust offering but it is best suited for larger clients (500+) due to ADP's support structure. The larger your account is the more support service available - for smaller clients this is not a great solution. ADP is the market champion when it comes to payroll processing and benefits - highly recommended for those systems.
