Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using ADP Workforce Now for payroll, human resources, benefits and training purposes. We process payroll and utilize services for benefit record keeping, taxes and training.

  • Correct the "how-tos" which have a tendency to be rapid when trying to resolve input issues

Everything we have invested in has had positive results. There are a few glitches that we have experienced but nothing much to mention here as all are solvable.

Everyone has been responsive to all of the issues we have had.
For the overall process of keeping up with payroll and taxes, this service is great. Having resources available for training which is essential in today's workforce it is nice to have the ability to set up a training library for personnel. I like the advisories which are sent by email regarding all issues which require immediate attention which helps keep me on track.
