Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce now is a great tool in administering Human Resource functions for any company. Use is relatively simple and quite user friendly.
  • Disseminating information to all employees.
  • Time tracking and record keeping.
  • Housing all information useful in Human Resource tracking.
  • Updates aren't always seamless.
  • Automatically tracking anniversary dates and special dates.
  • Workforce Now has been great at helping convey any and all information to employees concisely and effectively.
  • Workforce Now has also greatly decreased workload on payroll staff by having all payroll information assessible to employees themselves.
  • With the employee entering all banking and taxing information, there is less room for error.
We deployed the system to several departments and did so with ease. The uniform procedures have helped in assuring that all management are completing the appropriate steps and uniform documentation across the board.

I love the variety of reporting options for payroll functions. Workforce Now is also great at housing all housing all aspects of the career path of employees. Everything is in one place for reference!
