Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

UniWyo FCU uses ADP every day as our time keeping system and payroll system. We currently have about 75 employees that use ADP within our establishment. We use ADP for keeping track of clocking in and out, accrual management, payroll and employee information.
  • Time keeping-clocking in and out management for our employees.
  • building relationships with the ADP vendor- each time I call in, the representative is more then helpful. This was a huge selling point for us!
  • Accrual tracking- each employee has a bank of time to use. We use vacation and sick time.
  • Being able to edit individual line items on employees time cards
  • Workforce Now needs an appearance update
  • It would be cool to customize workforce now with the same colors and fonts as our companies brand
  • Consistent payroll processing times
  • Less paper use with the digital pay stubs, year end tax statements
I gave this rating because ADP has grown along side us, we have grown as a company in the last 2 years and ADP never waivered. Weather it was setting up a time clock 45 miles at our new branch or onboarding employees that were off site. ADP has been amazing.

We are currently in the process of learning about the HR and benefits side of ADP. We are excited to finally bring this to life.
We selected workforce now because it rose above all the others we were looking at. There was not even an comparison, after viewing the demo and working with our specialist, we were sold.

We have worked with some great people from ADP, every time I call in or email in I am always greeted with a person I can talk to. In the beginning, I called in almost daily. Our representative was always willing to help us and walk me through the process to answer my question. I would say the overall support from ADP is some of the best we have ever received.
I think that any company would benefit from using ADP. Our company bounced around with a few other time keeping, payroll systems and finally landed ADP. It was the best decision we made. ADP was more then helpful with the transition and helped us every step of the way. I feel like our rep was the best. I emailed her questions every day and she never waivered. ADP has been a huge blessing to our company!
