Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll and HRIS, including most benefit carrier connections. It really don't address problems, it mostly creates problems.

Well, when I had to create a new company code and said "Copy the exact setup of my current company code" the support person decided that wasn't really what I needed and I am still making corrections to W2's more than 3 years later because our 401k withholdings did not come out on a pretax basis.

Cigna was fine. An incompetent ADP rep that guided me through setting up my Guardian connection build plans that will never be able to be used for a carrier connection. My only option was to wipe the plans and start over with would have taken approximately 120 hours of my valuable time. So I will have to do double data entry as long as we are with Guardian. When I was directed by ADP support to their canned solution report for TripActions rather than the custom export I originally requested, the upload wiped out all of the data that was already in our travel system. That error took a full afternoon of my life to rebuild the data in our business critical travel system.

If it was possible to give ADP support a negative rating, that would be more appropriate. Most of the customer support reps cannot be understood and have no idea what they are doing. The good ones are few and far between. Service Connect is the worst idea in history and a major contributor to our decision to look at alternatives. The bad service reps are so awful that they actually cause more errors than I started with on any given day. And then there are the wait times to get someone on the phone.
Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
There are no scenarios that I have found ADP to be well suited for.
