Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using it across the board. We use it to capture T&A, process payroll, benefits, and HR. We have begun to use the ability to enroll in benefits and it has cut down on the paper of open enrollment. Next, we are integrating the HR onboarding for new employees. That will help us because at this time we do not have a dedicated HR-Payroll department.

  • Customer support - when you have a question it is sometimes difficult to reach someone who understands what you are asking for help with. The automated options on the phone are not always enough.
  • Response time when using the website to ask a question or needing something done to fix a problem. Reaching someone who understands.
  • Set-up of the home screen
We do not currently use any of these
  • Outside 401K company
  • Benefits broker
I was not able to achieve much success with processing the contributions and any other data to the outside 401K providers. We are still working on getting our benefits broker to have access.

We have some unique ways of capturing our time and attendance data. Being unique and having someone understand our processes was at times difficult and took much time. There are times when working with customer support that I helped them work out the problems with prompts and suggestions.
I like the transition between T&A and Payroll. I like the ability to go back and make corrections in employees' files or correct timecards while processing payroll. We have a unique way of paying some of our employees and during the implementation of programs the customer support reps were able to find ways to accommodate.
