Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize the ADP WorkforceNow product to manage our payroll and benefits.
  • The platform of WorkforceNow is user-friendly and continues to evolve.
  • Processing of payroll taxes & payroll.
  • Integrations with other technology modules.
  • Provide all WFN product users with a dedicated representative.
  • Better reporting functionality that is more user-friendly.
  • ADP's integration with our 401k and Employee Navigator connectors has been great and allowed us to save time.
ADP is flexible with its modules, and you can add and remove them at any time.

It was extremely easy to integrate.
ADP's integration with the ADP 401k was the best option for us. The other providers were not able to provide the integration we needed.

It is sometimes hard to get a representative to talk with you on the phone or in the chat function.
Setting up health benefit plans and validation codes could be improved.
