Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP mainly for payroll purposes. We also use time and attendance. We have biometric time clocks, and all hourly employees punch in and out daily. We use ADP for PTO as well.
  • User friendly.
  • Easy website navigation.
  • Helpful templates to facilitate processes.
  • Reporting
  • Being able to work in multiple tabs in the web browser.
  • Being able to switch to different views without being stuck on one employee (always have to change back to view all employees).
Works well, but we barely use it.
  • Microsoft dynamics.
I am unsure, IT is doing this.
Paycor was just not as developed. They are smaller and do not have the same/as many features.

Very responsive, quick to help, and gets my problems solved.
I believe ADP can be customized to pretty much anyone. I like that each service is separate, and that way, you can only purchase what you need. I do not like the sales calls, though, trying to get us to add more products to our ADP.
