Overall Satisfaction with Asana
We use Asana to keep track of all of our project management for our team. It really helps us since we all work remote from all over the country, and during different hours.
- Subtasks are great! I love that you can create a list of subtasks on a "master" task.
- Email reminders - I really like the volume of notifications.
- I don't know of many real cons. But there is nothing I see that makes Asana stand out above others either.
- The biggest impact is in time management. We have centralized task lists that are visible to the whole team, and it helps us stay on top of due dates.
Asana is lightweight and relatively inexpensive. For our marketing and advertising team, it works great. For teams with stricter needs (development teams, product teams, and other scrum teams), looking at other options might be worthwhile.
