Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Asana is being used not across the whole company. We use it in our department with 4 different functions/ directions and with 19 team members. We set tasks, track activities on those tasks, interact with each other.
We also have the Ideas section in all the projects and add all fresh ideas there. Those are not tasks (with deadlines, goals, milestones), but raw ideas that we don't want to forget. When the planning period comes, we address those sections to convert ideas into tasks for the next periods.

- Keeping all tasks and ideas together.
- Easy to navigate UI.
- Custom tags.
- Canned reports/ filters: My tasks, Tasks I've Created, Recently Completed Tasks, etc.
- I miss some proactive projects recommendations by Asana, e.g.: We recommend you to add subtasks or divide the tasks into sections.
- I miss some proactive tasks recommendations by Asana e.g.: Hey, we've noticed that there are no activities here. How's it going with this task?
- I wish the Workload feature was in the Free or Premium option.
- Tasks could be set both by manager and employee.
- Custom tags.
- Canned reports/ filters.
- Tracking features: comments, subtasks, tags, assignees, collaborators.
- Reduced the time for team's operational meetings.
- Improved customer satisfaction.
- Reduced the time for regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Trello, Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager and Jira Software
- Asana is cross-platformed and is easy and quickly reachable via a web browser.
- It has permissions, filters, reports, tags, comments, etc. All these features allow tracking day-by-day activities of the team as well as weekly/ monthly milestones and reporting.
- It is quick, responsive, user-friendly, and has unicorns who appear randomly when you resolve the task. This really motivates and adds some cuteness to your work process :)
