Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use it strictly as an e-commerce platform for selling of autmotive keys and remotes for B2B. It is used by our entire company for researching and marketing to locksmiths, repo agents and locksmith supply companies across the continental United States. We have been, overall, very happy with our experience. There are issues that we face using the platform, but generally, we are able to work through them or find a work around.
- Easy to use.
- Large product catalogs supported very well.
- Up time is very important to us.
- Faceting and filtering should be easier and offer more options for facets.
- Themes are generally very expensive.
- Apps should be available to Admins, at least for testing.
- Overall, our experience on BigCommerce has been a good one.
- We are able to reach a mass market of locksmiths and locksmith supply companies for our B2B model
- Addition of Amazon Channels has increased our sales and reachability.
