Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
CRM to house data - however, our org doesn't use it to the best of its ability because we didn't fully know what we had and how to use it since day one. We generally use it as an option to house data, especially donor numbers and addresses for donor thank yous. We also use Online Express for emails with a limited marketing strategy scope.
- robust - many many options that allow for details
- overall seems like a huge endeavor with many different pieces that could help an org
- n/a
- SUCH an old-looking platform - needs to modernize. The back-end view is ancient and seems so primitive compared to other platforms.
- WAY too many options. You can't get anything done when there are so many options. The platform is extremely overwhelming.
- Poor training and onboarding. Our team was paying for Online Express and we had no idea how robust the platform was until we went digging. We also didn't get good enough training so we couldn't use the platform to the best of our ability. And with so many features it was impossible
- Customer service isnt an easy User Experience
- Online Express is extremely limited and not user friendly
- robust
- organization
- better thank you process for donor thank yours and development
- saves some time
It helps at a surface level view if you don't know how to use it and we don't know how to use it that great. IT is really helpful for pulling numbers and data when it comes to donor thank yous and acknowledgments and for helping us look at the next year for our event and how to tackle it.
- Online Training
- In-Person Training
Blackbaud is very robust but the user-friendly portion is weak. All the other CRMs look newer, easier to navigate, and actually a pleasant experience. Blackbaud is just not easy on the eyes. TOO MANY OPTIONS.
