Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Bloomreach offers a unified customer perspective, seamlessly integrating behavioral, transactional, and preferential data. This holistic view empowers us to deliver precisely timed and tailored messages, reaching customers through email, SMS, in-app, on-site, and strategic re-marketing initiatives. While there's a slight learning curve, the combination of a dedicated Customer Success Manager and an outstanding online support team ensures your plans come to fruition seamlessly. The platform's robust reporting functionality eliminates the need for data exports, letting you effortlessly create insightful tables, graphs, and pie charts. Despite my relatively short time using Bloomreach, the experience has been exceptionally positive — a testament to its effectiveness!

  • When we have any sales or promotions, Bloomreach providing us the ability to send targeted emails and SMS concludes in Email and SMS driving the most revenue of any channel and the ROI is amazing.
When I get through to support they are absolutely amazing but I think sometimes the wait can be too long. From experience I also know HubSpot and Dotdigital allow for live calls or call-backs which gives you that extra layer of support and satisfaction. That alone would have taken this score to a 9.
I believe I can do anything I imagine in Bloomreach. I have only used the platform for 2 months and have also completed the academy but so far I am of the belief that any data-point, idea, hypothesis I have, Bloomreach has the tools to allow me to explore, test and learn.
Bloomreach is far superior than SFMC as that platform requires too much technical knowledge. Ometria is very good and I would say is quite similar to Bloomreach although I would say Ometria is a smaller company. Dotdigital is also very powerful but not more so than Bloomreach. This being said, Dotdigital and HubSpot does have telephone support which is amazing and something I would like to see from Bloomreach in future or at least shorter wait times for customer support live chat.

Building automated campaigns that are cross-channel is super easy and creating integrations of these automations and split testing is all super easy to do. This being said I think accessing the initial reporting of these campaigns are a little hard to understand and there is some room for improvement I would say.
