Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as the main telephone line for our nonprofit organization. Because of its ease of use and the ability to use it through an app, we have been able to continue our busy schedules and answer calls without having to sit at a desk. Because voicemail is sent to our email inbox, it ensures that no voicemail goes unanswered. Broadvoice has helped us stay on top of our clientele needs and keep up with the demands of starting up a nonprofit business.

Broadvoice suits us very well because it allows us to use our own private phones and use broadvoice through their b-hive app. This has eliminated the need for us to have to purchase additional business phones. Having voicemail go into our email inbox has made it convenient to ensure all voicemail gets responded to. Being able to have the app on our personal phones has eliminated the need for us to sit at a desk and allows us to get necessary chores done.
