Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We all love CaptivateIQ to help manage and track commissions. I typically look at it once a month when I get an email alert from them saying that my commission is ready to be reviewed. Everyone in the org gets excited to see that come through.

  • Strong ROI. As an IC, it helps me stay aligned with the company's goals & how they outline our incentives. In our cases, we get extra for multiyear deals & rip & replacements in competitive deals. Love seeing the breakdown of it all.

It makes the whole process very transparent and everyone gets so excited to get the email to review them. You also have the ability to go in & see how you are tracking for the month before it is ready which is very cool. I usually drill in as well to see the breakdown of where the commission is made up of - opportunities, accelerators (like multiyear, billing type, if it was a competitive deal, etc.)
