Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to run our commission plans at the beginning of each month. Before CaptivateIQ, we would use Excel spreadsheets, which took a lot of manual work, checking, and rechecking. Now, we are able to automate the majority of our work each month, and all we need to do is go through and spot-check it. We occasionally run into some issues, but it doesn't take long to find them.

CaptivateIQ is well suited to handle commission processes at companies with plenty of sales reps. We have around 30, and it makes the process significantly quicker and less burdensome. I trust CaptivateIQ to quickly and efficiently calculate the payments for our reps, which is such an important process considering people depend on it each month.
